WHAT: A culminating activity that is fun, very rewarding and takes
only 2 hours of your time. Please plan to see the entire show. The finale
is important to the students to feel a real part of the whole.
COST: Performance fee is $48.00 per family – Tickets may
be picked up in the office.
Tickets purchased at the door will be $ 12.00 for Adults Children 12 and
under are free.
INFO: Students should arrive 20 minutes before their show
and should go to a dressing room upstairs. Students must have their hair up
and a little make-up on. Student’s names should be on all shoes and leotards.
(Leave shoes with the child.) No special hair decorations please;
it interferes with the hats, etc…
DANCERS: Wear pink tights, long sleeve, scoop necked black leotards,
pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes. ABSOLUTELY NO SPORT BRAS. All
jazz dancers are required to wear black leotards, black spandex jazz pants,
black jazz shoes and black socks if needed to cover ankles.
GYMNASTS: Wear white shorts and “ Little Theatre” T–shirts. Girls:
Hair must be up.
HELP: We need volunteers to assist in changing students between
numbers then you may return to watch the show. Sign-up sheet at studio.
This is especially important for tiny tots through 3rd grade. Please ask
your children to treat costumes with respect. It takes a lot of effort
to make them and most cannot be replaced. Absolutely No snacks or drinks
are to be eaten around the costumes and no food or drinks in the auditorium
area.
STUDENTS : Please put costumes back in the same place you found
them . Let’skeep them neat and ready to use for the next show.
PARENTS: We deeply appreciate your cooperation in purchasing four
tickets. If you need more, you may purchase them at the studio or in the
lobby before the performance.
VIDEO: A professionally made video/DVD may be ordered in the lobby
before each show at the Theatre. This year we will have a new team that
will also offer individual photographs.
FLOWERS: Must be pre-ordered at the studio. Flowers are available
in the lobby before each performance.
